Transport of the support block for the D33 project
A special project was carried out with our help. Pilot operations were successfully carried out on the Kaliningrad Sea Canal, aimed at guiding the transport and assembly barges Yuri Kuvykin and TV-6000 with modern equipment for installing a block conductor in the Baltic Sea.
This process requires high qualification, precision and careful preparation, and the results of the work done emphasize the importance of sea transport in the development of marine resources.
The uniqueness of the operation is due to the dimensions of the cargo being transported and the size of the barges, which were twice the size of the design vessel for navigation along the Kaliningrad Sea Canal, the pilotage route was 14 nautical miles, and 6 vessels were involved in the operation, including 4 tugs. As a result of the coordinated actions of all sections of the unique operation, the platform support block was delivered to the installation site.
